At Lumara, we are committed to providing high quality skincare tools and a positive customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of the Lumara™ 4-in-1 Radiant Skincare Wand with Red Light Therapy, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

  • Show no excessive wear, damage, or misuse

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been heavily used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lumarawellnes.co.za with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Lumara product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

In these cases, Lumara will offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact support@lumarawellnes.co.za.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lumara cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
